I don’t remember who I follow who writes fic who HASN’T gotten an ask today. But to all of you who haven’t got one, Happy Fanfic Writer Appreciation Day.

I know it feels like you don’t get the recognition others get. And I know how bad it can make you feel about your writing. I don’t have any advice because I feel it too and it sucks.

But your writing makes a difference. And remember that with every fic your writing gets better. And I can almost guarantee you at least one person has read your fic enjoyed it.
